1How does Refer a Friend work?
If you refer a friend ('New Client') and they become a client of Caroola Accountancy, you shall both be entitled to receive a £100 referral reward payment. Payments are subject to the terms and conditions.
2Am I eligible to Refer a Friend?
The Refer a Friend offer is open to existing Caroola Accountancy clients only.
3What Caroola products can I refer?
You can refer your friend for any accountancy service provided by us, whether that is accountancy for limited company owners or sole traders.
4When will we both receive our reward?
The Reward is a direct payment to you (‘The Referrer') and your friend’s ('New Client') business bank account. Please note that you and your friend will only be entitled to receive a Reward when we deem that the Eligibility Criteria set out in the terms and conditions have been met. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify for the Offer and our decision is final.
5What should I do if we haven’t received my reward or have any questions?
If you and/or your friend haven’t received your reward after your friend has met the criteria, please contact us on 03330 342 480 and we will be happy to help.
