1Offer Overview
The Caroola Partner Offer ("the Offer") entitles eligible new clients to 50% off their monthly accountancy fees for the first three (3) consecutive months of service, plus a one-off cashback payment of £200, paid after the qualifying period.

2Eligibility
To be eligible for the Offer, you must:
-Be a new client of Caroola Accountancy — individuals who have held an active Caroola Accountancy account within the preceding 12 months are not eligible.
-Sign up online at caroola.com and enter a valid partner referral code during the sign-up process, or by calling 0333 034 2481 and quoting your partner code to a member of the team.
-Select and activate one of the following eligible monthly packages: Sole Trader, Sole Trader+, Accountancy Lite, Accountancy, or Accountancy+.
-Provide valid payment details and successfully complete your first discounted payment at the point of sign-up.
The Offer is limited to one redemption per individual or business entity. It cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or voucher code unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3Partner Codes & Validation
Partner codes are unique identifiers issued by Caroola to authorised partner organisations. Each code is tied to a specific partner and is used to track and attribute sign-ups.
-Partner codes must be provided at the point of sign-up — either entered online during the sign-up process, or quoted by phone when speaking with our team on 0333 034 2481. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an account has been created.
-Caroola reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any partner code and to reject codes that are expired, fraudulent, or unauthorised.
-Partner codes have no cash value and are not transferable between individuals or organisations.
-Partner codes must be provided at the point of sign-up — either entered online during the sign-up process, or quoted by phone when speaking with our team on 0333 034 2481. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an account has been created.

450% Discount - How it Works
The 50% discount applies to the monthly package fee (excluding VAT) for the first three (3) consecutive billing months, beginning from the date of your first payment.
-VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will be charged on the discounted amount.
-From month four (4) onwards, the full standard monthly package fee (+VAT) will apply automatically. No further action is required.
-If you upgrade or downgrade your package during the discount period, the 50% discount will apply to the new package fee for the remaining months of the qualifying period.
-If your payment fails during the discount period, Caroola will attempt to re-collect. Persistent payment failures may result in forfeiture of the remaining discount and/or the cashback.
Example: Accountancy package (£135/mo +VAT). With the partner offer: months 1–3 are charged at £67.50 +VAT (£81.00 inc VAT). From month 4: £135/mo +VAT (£162.00 inc VAT).
-VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will be charged on the discounted amount.

5£200 Cashback - Qualifying & Payment
The £200 cashback is payable after you have:
-Completed three (3) consecutive months as an active Caroola Accountancy client.
-Made all three discounted monthly payments on time and in full.
-Remained on an eligible package throughout the qualifying period — you must not have cancelled or given notice to cancel during months 1–3.
Once qualified, the £200 cashback will be paid by bank transfer to your nominated UK bank account within 30 days of the end of your third billing month. Caroola will contact you to confirm your bank details.
The cashback is a gross payment. Any tax obligations arising from the receipt of the cashback are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

-Remained on an eligible package throughout the qualifying period — you must not have cancelled or given notice to cancel during months 1–3.

6Cancellation & Early Termination
-You may cancel your Caroola Accountancy package at any time with 30 days' written notice.
-If you cancel or give notice to cancel within the first three months, you will forfeit any remaining discount and the £200 cashback. No partial cashback will be paid.
-If you cancel after the three-month qualifying period, the £200 cashback will still be paid (or will have already been paid), provided all qualifying conditions were met.
-Caroola reserves the right to recover any discount or cashback already paid if the account is found to have been opened fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
-If you cancel or give notice to cancel within the first three months, you will forfeit any remaining discount and the £200 cashback. No partial cashback will be paid.
-If you cancel after the three-month qualifying period, the £200 cashback will still be paid (or will have already been paid), provided all qualifying conditions were met.
-Caroola reserves the right to recover any discount or cashback already paid if the account is found to have been opened fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
7General Terms
-Caroola reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect clients who have already activated the Offer.
-This Offer is subject to plan suitability. Caroola may recommend a different package based on your business needs during onboarding. The discount will apply to whichever eligible package is ultimately activated.
-All Caroola Accountancy packages include FreeAgent bookkeeping software (worth £396/year) at no additional cost for the duration of the subscription.
-All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate.
-This Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
-Caroola Accountancy is a trading name of Caroola Accountancy Limited, registered in England.
