Startup Accounting Services
Accountancy Made Simple from only £89/month
Starting a business means enough new things to figure out without adding accounting to the list. Caroola gives startups a dedicated accountant and fixed monthly fee from day one.

Everything Your Startup Needs
Getting the basics right early, registering properly, keeping clean records, and understanding what you actually owe makes everything easier as the business grows. Get it wrong at the start and you’re often still fixing it a year later.
Specialist Startup Accounting Support
Our startup accounting services are provided by accountants who are technically qualified, industry accredited, and best-in-class with decades of experience, not a generic onboarding workflow.
You’ll get your own dedicated accountant from the start, not a shared inbox or a rotating support team.
Support is unlimited, and quarterly check-ins mean your accountant is looking at your numbers as the business grows, not just once a year.

- Help registering your business with HMRC
- Annual accounts, prepared and filed
- Cloud accounting software included
- Corporation Tax or Self Assessment
- Tax planning reviewed every quarter
- Support switching from another provider
Who are these services for?
At Caroola, we work with startups of every structure, sole traders, limited companies, partnerships and LLPs, from first-time founders to experienced business owners starting again.
We’re also highly experienced with contractors and tech businesses, so if that’s the world you’re in, we can give tailored guidance.

Do You Need an Accountant When You're Just Starting Out?
Not every new business needs an accountant on day one. If you’re a sole trader with simple income and no employees, you can manage your own Self Assessment while you find your feet.
That changes quickly once you register a limited company, take on your first client contract, or need to understand what you can actually afford to pay yourself. Getting advice early is usually cheaper than fixing a mistake later.
Choosing a structure:
Sole trader is simpler to start, a limited company can be more tax-efficient, but it depends on your circumstances.
Registering:
Telling HMRC or Companies House you exist, and getting the right references to file anything at all.
Record keeping:
Starting good habits from day one is far easier than reconstructing a year of receipts later.
Growing:
As revenue increases, VAT, payroll and more complex tax planning start to matter, we'll flag it before it catches you out.
